Instament Features

Cost Effective

Cost effective compared to conventional reinforced concrete, tilt up , and poured concrete in Styrofoam blocks. Instament eliminates masonry block laying, stucco finish layers, and separate roof construction, eliminating wood trusses, roofing materials and weak link roof attachment points.

As a result Instament generally produces a savings of up to 40% less than conventional building approaches, all while delivering the process QUICKER, STRONGER, and ENVIRONMENTALLY CLEANER.

Strong

Compressive strength minimum: 2800 PSI at 7 days, 3200 PSI at 28 days, with formula combinations enabling up to 5000 PSI. St Mary’s Church built with the INSTAMENT system withstood a direct hit of a recorded F5 tornado, which destroyed everything in its path, EXCEPT the Instament built St. Mary’s.

Fire Resistant

Since wood is not used in the outer shell of construction, Instament is ideal for areas prone to forest fires. Flying sparks can cause shingled roofs to catch on fire. Since an Instament monolithic shell, walls and roof are concrete, it will not ignite.

Flexibility of Design

The skeleton structure allows almost unlimited design flexibility. Please reference some outstanding designs already built using the Instament process: Portfolio of projects.

Insect Resistant

Insect resistant because no wood is used in the outer shell of construction, and because the shell is formed as a monolithic structure without joints, cracks.
