Coslow Residence
The magnificent home in Palm Isle Miami Beach features seven sweeping gables. As seen in the photograph to the lower right, one can experience how the inside of the gable also becomes the ceiling of interior space. The accentuated graceful sweeping lines of the roof and interior ceiling were constructed using the Instament system, creating a concrete home.
Because there is no wood used in the construction, it's termite proof and cracks are almost obsolete.
A hurricane can't rip off any shingles since the roof is concrete coated.
